Primary 7 - 30th April
Good morning Primary 7 – today is the last day of the month – do you know of any special events that happened on this day in history? It is Captain Tom Moore’s 100th birthday today – he is an inspiration to us all with his positivity and resilience.
For HWB this morning have a look at the Book of Hopes – share this with your family

Writing – today I’d like you to watch a clip about this 9 year old German boy. Take notes during this clip and write about his life in Cologne. You could also comment on how it is different to your life (normally) – you may need to research to find more detail. Another option would be to write a letter to this boy, ask questions about his life, what would you like to find out? You can also tell him about your life – remember to introduce yourself properly at the start and finish with yours sincerely

Have a break and watch Newsround or listen to a podcast – Once upon A Time In Zombieville is a great story
Maths today is a change to put those problem solving skills to use – have a go at tasks 1 & 2 – if you are super fast, try out the first page of assorted problems. Good luck !
