Promoting Positive Relationships
KPS Health & Wellbeing Policy
The National Improvement Framework tells us that 'improvement in children and young people's health and wellbeing' is of paramount importance and is one of our national drivers. In Knightsridge Primary School, we are passionate about placing Health and Wellbeing at the centre of our curriculum. To create a positive environment for effective learning and teaching, we ensure a deep understanding of wellbeing underpinned by children's rights and a focus on positive relationships. We are a nurturing, inclusive school where children's wellbeing is at the heart of Getting it Right for Every Child. We strive to foster this culture by ensuring a balance of high expectations and structure coupled with warmth and support. Ensuring equity and equality for all.

KPS Anti-Bullying Policy
Our school's anti-bullying strategy was designed to create a safe and supportive environment for all students and was co-created by our pupils, parents, and staff. We are committed to preventing and addressing bullying in all its forms, whether it occurs in person or online. The policy outlines clear definitions of bullying, including physical, verbal, and cyberbullying, and provides a framework for reporting and responding to incidents. We encourage students to speak up if they witness or experience bullying, and we ensure that all reports are taken seriously and handled confidentially. Our approach includes educational programs to promote kindness, respect, and empathy among students. By fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect, we aim to ensure that every student feels valued and safe at school.

Our school community strives to promote diversity, fairness, and inclusion in all aspects of school life through our values of Kindness, Perseverance, and Success. In doing so, this encourages our school community to 'Be the Best We Can Be.'
