Health & Wellbeing

This is Mental Health Awareness Week and the focus for this week is Kindness – this links to our first school value and is so important to our wellbeing. Have a look at the following link and choice Guide for pupils – https://www.mentalhealth.org.uk/campaigns/mental-health-schools-make-it-count-scotland

Also watch these stories of kindness https://www.bbc.co.uk/newsround/52557800

Make a poster advertising the importance of kindness – use images, text boxes, statistics to engage the reader and emphasise the importance of kindness in our school and in all our lives. You could put this in your window and share it with others in your house and community,
