Afternoon Activities

Good afternoon!

Here are your activities to keep you busy after lunch:

ICT/Music:

Using Sway, create a presentation about a band or musician that you like. You can access Sway through Glow. Create a biography (facts about them), why you like them, some of their songs, etc. You can link some of their music for us all to listen to.

If you are unable to access Sway, you could make a poster instead or a booklet about your topic including picture cutouts and whatever you have around the house!

This is about connecting with others about your interests and favourite things – we cannot wait to see!

Here are some ideas of what you can do this afternoon linked to our plant topic:

Grow your own plant using seeds from fruit or vegetables in the house.

Create a dance routine inspired by the growth of a seed to a flower.

Measure plants in your garden – remember to write your units of measurement (cm/m)

Finally, our last topic this term will be chosen by YOU. Miss Cowan and myself would love for you to vote for a topic you would like to learn about. Your votes will be taken into consideration over the weekend, so please email us with your ideas. The more ideas, the better so get your thinking caps on!
