Hi Primary 1!

Another day where the sun is shining for you! We hope that you are having lots of fun outdoors and remembering ways to stay safe in the sun!

This afternoon we will be posting another two videos all about the wh sound, a handwriting one and a reading one. Please try to complete these activities this afternoon. Watch these Letterland handwriting videos below to help you understand the letter formation better.

Remember to strive for perfect presentation and try to write your letters on the line! Good luck with your challenges, just give it your best shot!

We also have a Numeracy challenge for you this afternoon which you can play outside in the sun if you want to. If you have a pack of cards in the house then we would like you to play pairs. Start by trying to match same numbers to help you subitise.

If you want another challenge then try to pair two cards that add together to make 10 and practise your number bonds to 10.

Remember to try Mrs Piper’s art challenge too! We can’t wait to see them and we are sure you’ll have lots of fun playing with them too!
