Happy Friday Primary 7 - 5th June

Good Morning Primary 7 – Friday again I look forward to seeing you all at our meeting today at 11:30 – here are some activities for today (and Maths answers from yesterday)

                     phone_passcode_activity_answers

HWB – Complete your enrichment journal on Didbook to reflect on your week – focus on transition this week – how do feel about it, do you have any expectations/anxieties/worries/excited? Then next Friday you can look and see if reality was different or if it was what you expected.

PE – have you worked out with Joe Wicks this week? Alternatively if the weather is nice set up some stations outside – you don’t need equipment for HIIT – do the activity for 1 min then rest for 30 seconds, next activity….. just the way we do it in the hall – choose 4 of the suggested activities – jogging on the spot really quickly, jumping over a line or object back and forth, step ups, sit ups, push ups, star jumps, burpees, squats and shuttle runs – try to choose at least one of the slower muscle burning ones.

I know next week sees the beginning of your transition activities with Deans – I attach a link for you to have a good nosey around the school – I also attach a letter from Mrs Allison with the timetable for your transition week at Deans. Those of you not going to Deans I hope you continue to access the Inveralmond teams set up for your houses and there will be activities set for you next week by me.
