Good morning Primary 4. Welcome to a new week. I hope you all had a good weekend? This morning, let’s begin with number talks. Remember to show your strategies for how you worked out the answers.
For maths today, we are learning more about multiplying and dividing. I have attached a mild and hot task of triangles. We did something like this in class before. You have to fill in the missing numbers to complete the triangles. Remember, the inverse of multiplying is dividing so it is all the same numbers just in different orders.
For reading today, I have attached a phonics comprehension challenge. It is a fun challenge, you have to work out the animals by using the phonics clues. I found some of them tricky but I persevered and got there. I’m sure you will too!
Finish off this morning with some spelling. It is art week this week so I thought it would be nice to turn your spelling into art. Choose some words from your Fry’s word wall and then create some art. You can either use graffiti writing or create a picture using your words.
