Its Wellbeing Wednesday!

I am well I hope you are too!  Sent me a message to let me know how you are today.

 

Here are today’s learning tasks

Numeracy – Numbers 3 (attached)

Numeracy 3

Literacy – Reading – Please read for at least 30 minutes. This can be split into a few shorter sessions. Keep a record of your reading to see how much you can complete over the week.

Literacy – Writing – write a letter for your Primary 7 teacher in which you tell them about your favourite subjects, what you did well this year, what you would like to improve upon etc..

PE – take part in physical activity – cycling, ball skills, walking, running, online keep fit, Just Dance etc…. – anything that gets you heart beat rising and gets you moving.

HWB Challenge

For Wellbeing Wednesday could you complete the ‘Face on a Plate’ to show me how you are feeling?

 

Mindfulness Ideas:

  • Colouring in or drawing a picture to colour
  • learning to knit
  • Art in Nature
  • sing a song
