Good Luck Primary 7
Well Primary 7 this is your last official day at Knightsridge Primary School and I would like to thank you all for coming along yesterday , I hope you enjoyed our safe but sociable get together. This is traditionally a time for celebrating and reflecting on the years gone by but is also an opportunity to look at what is ahead for you.
You will by now have found the envelopes you wrote last year full of your concerns about P7, what you were looking forward to and what you hoped to learn and achieve. I think this would be a good time to do the same for next year – ask yourself
- what am I looking forward to in High School
- what worries or anxieties do I have
- what do I think I will like best
- what do i think I will not like
- what am I going to try and achieve
- what do I want to learn about
- what do I want to improve
Write the answers to these questions and put them in a safe place – will you be surpised when you check this in a year’s time?
If you get the chance today take a minute to reflect on Primary 7 – what are your top 5 memories – complete your Didbook reflective journal for the last time.
Finally we have a teams meeting at 11:30 – fingers crossed we can have a year group quiz but if not we can be together as a class. Enjoy your day P7 – here is a message of good luck from all the staff at KPS who will miss you but have total faith you will be successful at High School – Good Luck!!
